This does nothing, the company is bought out and it is not owned or ran by the same people or have the same people in the org anymore? Great work environment with excellent leadership collaboratively driven by Roadmaps for each line of business. Employees were highly valued and respected. Morale was generally high for the duration of the life of the company before selling to TD Ameritrade. Middle sized company that allowed you to create sales and learn the retail investment market from multiple angles.
Cold calling clients to create sales by educating clients about the stock market and helping them reach their investment goals. Management may forget what it's like to deal with face to face sales and client interactions putting pressure on you to fast play your pitch.
