The food vendor hallways are not air conditioned. There are large ceiling fans through out, but over all warm for the most part. It is June, so plan according to the weather.
There are plenty of restroom facilities inside. Everything is maintained clean. There are elevators, escalators and ramps to reach the various levels. Steps are pretty narrow once you're headed to your seat. They did have specific areas for handicap seating. The concert was amazing! We were on the floor level around the stage. It gets very hot there because of all the people there. Once we're in we don't leave the area. They sure do clear people out immediately afterwards.
After the event, we use the restroom before heading out to the parking lot. It took us about 30 minutes to get to our car since we exited on a different side of the stadium. We usually hang out in the parking lot about an hour, eating sandwiches and humus, having more beer and wine as people slowly make their way out.

I go mainly for Dolphin games. If you plan to tailgate and have a specific area in mind arrive at least 4 hours before the game.
During this period parking is open and you can park wherever you wish. After that your at the mercy of the parking attendants, they can be extremely frustrating. Tailgating is usually family friendly if you can avoid spots near the pedestrian walk ways, they seem to be the rowdier areas. Bathrooms are limited in the parking lot and lines can be long even when the game is nowhere near sold out. Inside the stadium phase 1 of 2 of the renovation has just been completed.
Seats seem smaller than last year and other than removing the 4 corners and swapping out the seats not much has changed.
